At-Home Bicycle Service – Hyderabad & Secunderabad
Our at-home bicycle service is available only in selected areas of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Please contact us to confirm service availability in your location.
Spare parts and replacement components are charged separately. Any required replacement will be carried out only after inspection and customer approval.
Our technician will contact the customer before arrival. Arrival times may vary depending on traffic, location and previous appointments.
A 48-hour warranty applies to the service work performed by BEP Bicycle Service. Spare parts, unrelated issues and pre-existing problems are excluded unless separately agreed.
Electrical components of electric bicycles, including batteries, motors and controllers, are not covered under our servicing.
Customers are requested to inform us in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.
